Security hardening, patching, and access control are baseline in every environment we manage. Continuous threat monitoring, incident response, and compliance support are scoped additions. Architecture and advisory work is scoped separately again — it does not by itself put an environment under our management. We agree what is included before work starts rather than implying every capability applies everywhere.

How the practice is built

Digital Armor is organised around enterprise infrastructure practice: clean builds, direct ownership, documented controls, and a plain-English explanation when something is wrong.

The same discipline applies whether the environment is a four-person office or a regulated practice under audit. What changes is the depth of the controls and the documentation, not the standard of the work.

How engagements start

Every engagement starts with a conversation about your environment. If there is a fit, we agree the scope and the fee for an assessment before any work begins.

The assessment establishes what exists today, what is working, what is exposed, and what needs correcting first. You receive an overview of the environment, a prioritized list of risks and gaps, and a practical remediation roadmap. From there we can move into remediation, ongoing managed service, or advisory support.

Remote support is standard. On-site work is available across Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties when a problem genuinely needs hands on hardware, network, or the physical environment.
